This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the services to be provided by Sales Diva (Michelle) ("Provider") to ("Client"). By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1Scope of Services
Sales Diva (Michelle) will provide digital sales and marketing services as outlined in the custom proposal provided to the Client. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Sales Funnel Strategy
- Digital Product Creation
- Email Marketing
- Automations & Systems
- Marketing Strategy
- Branding Support
2Term & Scheduling
This Agreement begins on and continues until the completion of services outlined in the agreed-upon proposal. All services will be delivered remotely. Specific timelines will be communicated and mutually agreed upon.
3Payment Terms
$3,000
Total Investment
- $1,000 is due immediately upon signing this Agreement to secure your spot.

4Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information, strategies, and materials shared during our engagement confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties.
5Cancellation
All payments are non-refundable. If the Client chooses to cancel before completion, any remaining services will be forfeited and not rescheduled.
